Refund policy
Shipped Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been shipped.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your order doesn’t arrive, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or replacement.
If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and the package is not collected, and it’s returned to us, we can’t offer a refund or reship.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a clear photo of the product within 24 hours of delivery to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to verify your claim. To be eligible for any refund consideration, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Local Pickup (San Antonio Only)
When picking up your order, our team will show you your cookies before packaging to make sure you’re satisfied. Once your order leaves our store, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Creative Variations
Every Makies cookie is handmade, and while we follow our signature recipes and styles, each batch is slightly unique. From color variations to decoration details, no two cookies will be exactly the same — and that’s part of the charm. Our cookies are made fresh, and slight differences are natural and expected.
Order Cancellations & Changes
We understand things change. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any approved changes or cancellations will incur a $10 admin fee.
We do not accept cancellations or changes within 7 days of your scheduled pickup or ship date, and all sales are final during this window.
