CATERING FAQS

  • Our catering minimum varies by product. Cookies require a minimum of 12 pieces, and sandwiches also require a minimum of 12 pieces. Please contact us for detailed order requirements

  • We recommend placing catering orders at least 48–72 hours in advance.

    For large orders, we suggest 5–7 days.

  • We may accommodate orders placed at least 24 hours in advance, depending on availability. Please contact us directly.

  • Yes, we offer delivery within the San Antonio area (should be paid for the customer) and a $20 restaurant delivery fee applies to catering orders

  • Yes. Orders can be picked up at our Stone Oak location during business hours.

  • At this time, we provide delivery or pickup only. We do not offer on-site setup or staffing.

  • Yes. Flavor selections are customizable based on availability.

  • We offer flavors made without nuts. However, all products are prepared in a kitchen where nuts are present

  • Yes. We can individually package cookies for corporate or private events.

  • Yes. We can package cookies individually with your company’s custom stickers on each bag.

  • Full payment is required to confirm all catering orders

  • Yes. We can issue invoices upon request.

  • Order modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
