Welcome to Makies! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipped Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been shipped.

  • If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your order doesn’t arrive, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or replacement.

  • If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and the package is not collected, and it is returned to us, we cannot offer a refund or reship.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at wearemakies@gmail.com with a clear photo of the product within 24 hours of delivery. Without a photo, we are unable to verify your claim.

  • To be eligible for any refund consideration, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

2. Local Pickup (San Antonio Only)

When picking up your order, our team will show you your cookies before packaging to ensure you are satisfied. Once your order leaves our store, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

3. Creative Variations

Every Makies cookie is handmade. While we follow our signature recipes and styles, each batch is slightly unique. Variations in color, size, or decoration are natural and part of the charm.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at wearemakies@gmail.com.

  • Any approved changes or cancellations will incur a $10 admin fee.

  • We do not accept cancellations or changes within 7 days of your scheduled pickup or ship date.

  • All sales are final within this 7-day window.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Square. By completing a purchase, you agree to their payment terms and security policies.
